We understand the medical industry, because we have been there. All of our consultants come from Nursing, Medical and Human Resource backgrounds so when you pick up the phone you can rest assured you are going to speak to someone who truly knows your position, as well as the changing trends and future directions of this industry.

If you join up with Best Practice Nursing, you don’t just get the expertise of our agency, but you get the backing and experience of our medical arm as well. Running since 2007, it has a strong reputation for excellence in commitment to customer service as well as for supplying highly experienced and skilled doctors to various health care facilities throughout NSW.

First steps

If you think it is time for a change in your job situation, or if you are coming back to work after an extended break, the best place to start is by sitting down and working out what it is that you want.

There are plenty of things you could want from a job such as flexibility, more money, potential for promotion, or a job in a specific location. You just need to work out which things are must haves or deal breakers. For example, if you are coming back to work after taking leave to start a family you may really want flexibility in your next role. Or if you would like to move to an area closer to home you might be looking for a permanent full time position in a particular hospital.

Once you have figured out what it is you are looking for, have a chat with us and tell us exactly what it is so we can find the best fit for you.
